By accepting these terms and conditions I hereby grant any Banga-Off Committee / Game Masters / or whatever fictitious organizing body the co-commishes choose to designate full legislative power without impugnment or reproach to use my “banga” in any way they see fit during Banga-Off XV. Such uses may include Play-In style elimination, excerpt elimination, or any new devilry said co-commishes blasphemously enact. I agree that disqualification of said “bangas” may occur should violations of submission be unearthed. For submission purposes, the term “banga” is hereby defined as any song officially submitted by the public, as we all know that the simply submitting a song does not inherently make it a worthy competitor. The governing bodies of this event also have the right to alter tournament play and subject songs to any adversity they deem fit to test its genetic makeup as a so-called “banga”. As a humble song-submitter, I relinquish any right to complain about tournament format, and I agree that if my song is truly “banging” it will have no problem overcoming any obstacles thrown its way. Said obstacles could include but are not limited to volume discrepancies, incorrect version of song being played, dance battles occurring during my song, slander, meme subjugation, sub-optimal excerpt selection and, of course, unfavourable matchup. By clicking submit I acknowledge that I am the sole proprietor of the “banga” herein and take direct accountability for the results of said “banga”: its outcome in the tournament, its effect on the listeners and the overall party, and its position in the annals of Banga-Off history. The Banga-Off committee relinquishes itself from any health issues that may arise from this event. If you have experienced bangxiety for over 3 consecutive hours, seek help from a medical professional immediately. The acceptance of these terms will also be a vow to keeps the vibes high, to not engage in collusion amongst competitors, and to vote with my heart of hearts for the biggest “banga” during each vote that I am present.
